Job Description : Established manufacturing company seeks customer service representative to work with retailer accounts via phone and email. Daily tasks include data entry, processing orders, invoicing, and creating shipping labels.Primary Responsibilities:· Interact with retail customers on the phone and email· Utilize computer system to input date, enter orders, and invoice· Act as a liaison between retail accounts and production team· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Courteous and professional manner· Meticulous attention to details· Ability to meet strict deadlines· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment· Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt to seasonal changes in business· Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and Google Docs (preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNo nightsAbility to commute/relocate:Mountainside, NJ 07092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location: One location
