Job Description : NextGen Phoenix (NGP) is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to become a member of our team in Phoenix, AZ. If you enjoy communicating with and helping others, apply today!Customer Service Representative Position Responsibilities:Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfactionEstablish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and servicesMaintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative teamCommunicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learningsMaintain existing customer success metrics and data as directedCustomer Service Representative Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesServe as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting themReview the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goalsFacilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on timeCollaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team membersPrepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvementWork with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studiesAre You Qualified for the Role?We are looking for warm, friendly people with an outgoing personality and a genuine enthusiasm for life.Excellent communication skills.Second language is desirable.You must be a team player.A strong work ethic is essential.You must be flexible with an excellent student mentalityRequired of the Customer Service Representative:Must have reliable transportationBasic computer skillsExceptional punctualityConfident and positive attitude!US work authorizationDoes this sound like you?
