Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disability to perform the essential functions.General ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding technical application queries for both internal and external customersReceive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding Made to Order (MTO) parts issues and ETAs in conjunction with the Special Order teamOversee the day-to-day processing of and completion of all Product Inspection Requests for the North American market, following up with warehouses to conclusion and to retailer with resolutionMonitor new parts to market and verify accuracyReview bulletins for parts technical accuracy as requestedReview parts catalog issues and accuracy, reporting to OE Connect as appropriateMaintain reports as required on a daily, weekly and monthly basisLog all customer queries using current call logging systemTake part in Unipart Way initiatives, coaching sessions, Health & Safety, and training as requiredSelf-DevelopmentEnsure promptness at meetingsMaintain confidentialityMaintain a smart and business like appearance at all timesSelf-motivated and able to make decisions independentlyAbility to influence through a reasoned, structured argumentIdentify areas for personal development to improve performance in role and actively seek ways to improveOtherOther duties as may be assignedPay and Benefits: We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation – $23.00 per hour depending upon experience – and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, and both short term and long term disability benefits.About You: Finally, we obviously have some key requirements in terms of what we are looking for.
