The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-level Customer Training Scheduler in Seattle, WA. The incumbent will work within Training Solutions to handle allocating and scheduling of all Training Solution’s global training resources in line with customer requirements as outlined by the Customer Program Managers. Focus of the position is to ensure the efficient, optimal and cost effective utilization of the global Training Solutions training network
This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Schedules and performs logistics pertaining to flight and maintenance training for a single airplane model.
Participates in product/process changes (impact and alternative analysis, documentation, etc.) via defined change management processes.
Assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based upon strategic plans.
Assists with rescheduling efforts.
Supports the development of reports and analyses regarding training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have basic computer skills.
Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Prefer AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate)
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
