Job Description : Job DescriptionBDM Logistics with FedEx Ground is now looking to hire full time delivery drivers. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! We look forward to having you on the team !!!Terminal Location: 300 Mossy Head Plaza Dr, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435The routes are in the Escambia County area.CDL License is NOT required!Work Hours- Arrive at the terminal at 6:45am. Delivery completion depends on your route.FULL TIME: schedule differs depending on driver availabilityREWARDS / BENEFITS: WEEKLY Paycheck/direct depositDental, vision, disability options available after 90 days$100/day Paid Training (usually lasts 1-2 weeks depending on candidate)Salary – Between $130 – $160/day One week paid vacation after 1 yearPaid company holidays after 90 daysBonuses available!DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVERDeliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.Operate delivery vehicle safely, securely and competently.Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.REQUIREMENTS OF DELIVERY DRIVER: At least 21 years of age.1+ Year(s) verifiable professional driving experience in last 3 years.
