Job Description : Dental Front Desk: We are looking for an individual that has at least 3 to 5 years experience as a DENTAL receptionist. We are a private practice looking for an individual that will be experienced in all front desk duties which include but are not limited to: treatment planning, case presentation, handle incoming phone calls, help make appointments with specialists, checking patient’s in and out, able to handle all aspects of insurance (filing claims, posting claim payments, checking on claims not paid), accurate charting, able to answer billing questions, able to multi-task, willing to learn, be able to help all other departments. This person also needs to have an attitude that shows true care and concern for patient’s and other staff members.
