Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for a large portion of Panorama Orthopedics & Spines online presence. This includes management of the practice websites, social media channels, videos, blog content, outbound email and online reputation.
Essential Functions
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee website and social media content:
This includes posts, photos, videos and blogs
Stay up to date with latest best practices and technologies in digital marketing
Ensure content is informative and appealing
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Prepare emails to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
Manage online reputation and reviews
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills Abilities Required
Educational requirement Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar field
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Pay & Benefits Information
This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime. The pay range for this position is $1,875.00 to $3,125.00 per
pay period, paid bi-weekly, or $48,750.00 to $81,250.00 annualized, DOE.
