Job Description : Looking for a caring and patient self directed employee for a young man with a developmental disability. He enjoys doing puzzles and playing games, bowling, going for walks at his local parks and lakes, and venturing out into his community to explore. You will be asked to assist him with light cleaning around the house. Schedules and punctuality are very important to him and his family. This person lives in their own home with their family, this is not a group home.Training will be provided. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.This is a PART TIME position. Saturdays 12:30pm to 5:30pm.Mondays 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Starting at $22.00 an hour.The employee must be willing to have a background check and drug screen done.Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for transportation.Payroll will be handled through Public Partnership.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $24.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Developmental disabilities experience: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location
