We love to work hard, but always leave time to ride bikes.ABOUT THE JOB: The Pro’s Closet is seeking an innovative Director of Integrated Marketing to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for orchestrating key cross-functional and cross-channel marketing programs from strategy through to execution in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness growth. To be successful in this role, you will draw on your proven track record in marketing strategy, storytelling, campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, planning, pragmatic analytics, and team development.As a dynamic marketing generalist, you will be able to jump in and assist the CMO in everything from describing The Pro’s Closet’s marketing strategy and vision to leading key cross functional initiatives.WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead, develop, champion, and ensure world-class execution of the promotional calendar and flagship campaignsCoordinate and project manage multiple facets of marketing initiatives: Creative (video, copywriting, photo) CRM, Social, Site, Web Merchandising, Performance Marketing,and Partnerships.Orchestrate all major marketing campaigns that involve a majority of the marketing team (eg Holidays, seasonal sales, Tour de France TV ads, key new vendor launches, etc)Partner with the purchasing and marketing teams to develop marketing and demand generation playbooks for the introduction & optimization of key new products and supply partnersLead strategic bike-centric marketing efforts such as Tour de France TV ads and other high impact bike industry partnershipsParticipate in customer insight efforts in partnership with external vendors and internal analytic resources to develop action-focused insights about TPC customersABOUT YOU: You consider yourself a marketing generalist, and have a broad skill set in many areas within the field ranging from brand storytelling to advanced digital marketingYou have 5 – 8 years of leading multi channel integrated marketing campaigns and marketing teamsYou are a proven operator with a demonstrated track record of successfully introducing and executing high impact and highly cross-functional marketing programsYou have the a passion to lead, communicate, and project manage, both long and short term projects, across multiple functional disciplinesExperience in the bike or outdoor industry is a bonus, but not requiredYou are experienced at a blue chip/high performance consumer-facing companyYou possess an analytical mindset, and your first instinct is to rely on data to make sound business decisionsCreative and extremely attentive to detailMust be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.Enthusiastic about the outdoor/cycling industry, the people it attracts, and all the gear!TPC requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for in person work and company events as required by your role, unless you qualify for an exemption allowable under the lawTHE PERKS OF WORKING AT TPC: Salary Range: $120-170k/annually, depending on experience3 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and a paid day off on your birthday100% medical, dental, vision benefits, with a 60% dependent contributionCompany paid disability and life insurance401k with generous company matchingStock options: we’re all owners!A fun, relaxed, and flexible work environmentWFH Flexible: Some of the team is mostly remote, but office in Louisville has flex spaceWeekly all-hands company meeting keeps you engaged and connected to the business and your team membersA culture of transparency with regular updates on company performanceGroup rides and amazing industry discountsThe Pro’s Closet is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to creating and celebrating a diverse work environment.
