We focused on clothing, furniture, construction materials, and auto parts freight forwarding internationally over the years. We have office branches and warehouses in Los Angeles (U.S.), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), and with China Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Hangzhou. We provide services of international ocean freight, air freight, traditional B2B order-management, cross-border supplier warehousing, package service among China, Vietnam, and the U.S. Our corporation is aimed at the international door to door logistic services, focusing on logistic needs based upon internet and technologies and providing efficient, visible and manageable internationally logistic services.Responsibilities: Verify the pre-dispatch to make sure containers are updated properly in the system to include locations and scheduled delivery dates clear of any fees.Update customer of there containers status via email.Dispatching drivers and checking in there status for any wait time or container issues.Monitor import and/or export container termination status updatesCommunicate team on daily progress, challenges, changes, terminal issues, equipment issues via email and by sending a daily recap report.Reply to emails timely and professionallyAnswer phone calls timely and professionally.Complete other duties assigned.Requirements: .Minimum (5) year dispatching experience.Startup experience a plusKnowledge of customer service principles and practices.Good communication skillsListening skills.Customer-focused team player.Time management skills.Computer knowledge with Gmail (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $6,000.00 – $8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Drayage Dispatching: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
