Position : District Manager – Multi Units
Job Description : Friendly’s is looking for a qualified Multi Unit District Manager of Operations to act as the key link between the Vice President and assigned restaurants. The qualified individual will help stores stay up to date with company policies and ensure focus on increasing sales and building customer relations. This is a travel position.Essential FunctionsWork directly with restaurants in your territory to stay up to date with company polices and achieve excellent level of operations, training, and food safety.Ensures focus on increasing sales and profits and building productive management teams.Directly responsible in the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies guidelines.Oversee operational practices making sure that each restaurant runs smoothly and meets projected sales, food and labor cost targets.Coordinate and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.Cultivate and grow a strong team of leaders committed to the business with high operational standards.Make regular visits to restaurants and interact in the day-to-day operations.Qualification Requirements:Minimum of five (5) years of multi unit restaurant management experience. Must have a proven track record of achieving results and building successful teams.Ability to partner and build relationships while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success.Financial acumen and oversight.Posses business acumen and ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial projections and analysis.Must be able to walk and stand during most of a shift.
