Job Description : Key Responsibilities:* Perform high volume document scanning and imaging work.*File documents upon completing the scanning processes.* Work in a document production environment, scanning/ imaging documents in high volumes.*Arrange documents, sort, remove binding/ staples and feed documents through high speed scanners.*Organize documents for scanning and resort for re-sort for storage.*Quality assurance work is required.*Meet deadlines/production requirements per day/week* Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of productivity*Other duties as assigned.*Assist in various projects throughout the office.Requirements:* High School Diploma*Experience with computers*Good verbal and written communication skills*Ability to adapt in fast-paced work environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
