Job Description : Under the general direction of the Public Health Services Council of Ohio (PHSCO) Personnel Committee, the Emergency Planner is responsible for planning, organization and administration of emergency preparedness and response activities for multiple member counties. This position will aid participating counties with the implementation of the Public Health Preparedness Grant.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, nursing, environmental health, public health, biological sciences, public administration, community planning, or other closely related field.
