Position : Executive Business Administrator
Job Description : The Intelligence Platform team within Azure Data is seeking an experienced Executive Business Support Administrator to provide calendar support to the GM of Messaging & ASA, as well as support to the engineering team.

This role operates in a variety of capacities, working with a senior team demonstrating excellence in administrative functions. You will be responsible for Executive and partner-level interfaces, contact with customers, external partners, and all levels within Microsoft.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced engineering environment; have stellar interpersonal and customer service skills; take initiative; demonstrate good judgment and can maintain confidentiality. You will also need to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail oriented and having consistent and timely follow through will be essential to success.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments that includes teams spread geographically across the globe
Effectively utilize the leaders’ bandwidth through calendar management and monitoring for time efficiency
Partnering with leader and executive office with management of Rhythm of Business calendar and preparing and or coordinating internal and external engagements and communications as required
Cross collaborating, planning, and managing logistics for leader’s team meetings such as All Hands, staff meetings, morale events and team offsites
Assist with developing and coordinating the annual discretionary budget, headcount and PCN operations within your teams
Ensure smooth execution of travel schedules (when appropriate)
Distribution lists ownership and management for the leaders’ teams
Proactively lead office space management for your leaders’ teams
Office set up and clean out for incoming and outgoing employees or interns
Purchasing equipment, services, and supplies, creating purchase orders and processing invoices
Collaborate and partner with support staff across the Azure data community to ensure consistent experiences
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment or equivalent role3+ years’ experience managing an executive calendar
Preferred QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsPrevious Microsoft experience with knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Products including Outlook, Office, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and experience with internal systems such as Employee Central, MyOrder, MS Expense2, iCIMS, DaVinci and MS Travel.Ability to self-direct and work independently.Ability to deal with ambiguity and act with appropriate urgency and flexibility while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalismStrong attention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalismConsistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitudeDesire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the detailsDemonstrated experience support geographically dispersed teams remotelyAbility to lift and move standard office equipment (i.e., computers and peripherals)Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization
