We are hiring for a Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager!This position is eligible for a $600 hiring bonus, please ask for details.Position overview:The Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager develops the best buying strategies for the Food & Beverage department with a view to consistently maintain quality and manage costs.Responsible for purchasing and negotiating food and beverage items, materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors, as well as evaluating landed quality.Including the purchasing and inventory management of liquor.
