Job Description : About the Role
The Fraud team is looking for a Risk & Fraud Specialist to drive down the cost of fraud and identify new vectors of abuse across the DoorDash Platform. You’ll grow familiar with our three audiences — Consumers, Dashers and Merchants, and become a point person for understanding user behavior that suggests fraud. You’ll investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term. Most importantly, you’ll help promote the delicate balance between providing our users the best experience possible while mitigating fraudulent use. Please note the weekly schedule options are:
Sunday – Thursday: 9 am to 5:30 pm GMT
Tuesday – Saturday: 9 am to 5:30 pm GMT

Conduct in depth case reviews to promote safe and compliant trading on the site.
Navigate appeals through multiple channels for actions taken across assigned work types.
Discover and identify fraud trends and present opportunities for stronger results and regulation
Handle escalations as needed per request of leadership.

You have:
3+ years of call center or customer service related experience.
A detail-oriented approach to your work. You can manage multiple, concurrent work streams where every detail matters
Technical Savvy. You are comfortable navigating multiple screens, using multiple systems, and creating your own shortcuts.
Analytical Skills. Ability to analyze data points to assess risk.
A calm and confident demeanor in uncertain circumstances.
Experience working in the fraud space is a plus
