Job Description : We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking skills are essential for this position.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute dailyPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingFile insurance claimsCollect proper copaymentsSkillsHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh School degreeJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
