Job Description : We are the largest independent exotic dealership in central,fl seeking a general manager.We currently only deal in exotic cars so you must have full knowledge on the car business and managing people. We seek someone who is at a franchise level and is looking for a big opportunity to grow with a company.We are not looking for a sales person, we are looking for a general manager with with experience of being a GM at a past dealership.We currently sell 25 exotic cars a month and our goal is to get to 40-50.Must be familiar with auto soft and v autoCRM systemsManaging team membersMaking sure monthly and quarterly goals are hitMaking sure sales guys are hitting their goalsYour performance must match the type of vehicles we are sellingWe are seeking someone who is ready to go who does not need much training as right now the exotic car market is very busy.You must have experience with exotic brands like Ferrari,Mclaren,lamborghni,Rolls Royce and other exotic brands.Our business is 92% all online so we ship vehicles nationwide to our customers.We are a newer company who has grown tremendously over the past year and we are looking to grow more as we look to expand more.Before applying please make sure you have experience with the car business and Gm experience at a high level dealership.We seek someone with a positive attitude that can work well around other employees and can bring something to the table.
