You can expect to be involved in the following;Provide first level support to the Customer Order Fulfilment (COF) team to help ensure a high level customer satisfaction.Find solutions to meet both routine and critical spares requirementsProactive, accurate and efficient management of all aspects of the customer order process, including proactive responsive communication and taking appropriate action Executing change requirements in order to meet customer expectationsWork with various global Satair and Airbus organizations in providing customer service and product support to ensure the customers’ needs are met. Will interface with various external and internal groups, including material supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, and engineeringPerform workload and performance analysis and produces KPI’s and provide managers with improvement solution recommendationsWhat we look for: **To be a successful applicant to this position on the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you must be able to demonstrate;Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study – Business, Communications or related field preferredKnowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office. Knowledge of of SPEC 2000/Aeroxchange would be beneficialMaximum of three years relevant work experience within data analysis, in aviation or logistics.Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
