Job Description : We are looking for a personal assistant to work directly with the management team on special projects. We need someone who has graphic design skills and can create simple marketing materials.Duties Include: · Be an assistant to the broker· Cross-train on front desk procedures and be a backup for the reception desk.· Organizing and maintaining administrative tasks.· Entering properties in the MLS· Posting properties on various websites and social media sites.· Making flyers, signs and other simple marketing projects.· Administrative tasks to support the marketing department.· Working on Marketing for our sister coworking company.· In processing new team membersMust Be/Have: · A self starter who can take a project and develop it.· An ability to work independently· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Products (including Photoshop & InDesign)· A multi-tasker who can handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize these tasks.· Knowledge of Social Media is a huge plus!!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
