Position : Guest Information & Ticket Sales, Disney Reservation Center- Part Time
Job Description : At the Disneyland® Resort, Guests have the opportunity to experience not only our magical Parks and Resort Hotels, but our legendary service as well.
Guest Information Ticket Sales Agents provide superior Guest service and leverage their Disneyland Resort expertise to assist Guests. Agents interact over the phone or chat/messaging, as needed. Agents use multiple software systems and tools to sell theme park admission products, and provide technical support for the online experience. Guest Information Ticket Sales is a high volume, fast paced environment. Agents take back-to-back calls and simultaneous chats/messages during their entire shift. Agents are knowledgeable about Disneyland Resort theme parks, policies and products, and provide the information needed for Guests to have a magical theme park visit.
This position is temporarily working remotely and requires a supported high-speed internet, private work environment and you must reside within reasonable driving distance of Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities :
Answer back-to-back incoming calls or simultaneous chat/messages, as required
Listen to understand, then resolve the situation using the appropriate methods and tools provided
Utilize multiple computer systems with a significant amount of technical and product memorization required.
Utilize strong Disneyland Resort theme park and product knowledge to assist Guests and answer their questions
Work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail and low volume of errors
Maintain the integrity of the Disney brand and confidentiality as required
Perform all actions safely in accordance with prescribed methods and equipment, including proper body mechanics
Basic Qualifications :
Must be within reasonable driving distance of Anaheim, CA, as you could be asked to work from the office on any given shift.
Skilled at troubleshooting technical questions and providing technical walkthroughs
Ability to remain positive when handling escalated Guest concerns
Enjoys talking about the Disneyland experience and sharing detailed knowledge of the theme parks
Demonstrated strong salesmanship and ability to explain products and services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and use the resources provided to address Guest needs
Demonstrated ability to empathize and match the tone of the conversation
Fully available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a call center environment
Detailed knowledge of Disneyland Resort theme parks and products
Flexibility to work from home or in the office, as required
Must be within reasonable driving distance of Anaheim, CA, as you could be asked to work from the office on any given shift.
Required Education :
High school diploma or equivalent

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
