Job Description : Planned Development Services is currently seeking an experienced HOA Assistant Community Manager for our Glendale office. As an Assistant Manager you will be performing the following functions:Answer heavy incoming phone calls from homeowners regarding violation letters and community concerns/questionsProcess architectural requests and appealsPrint and mail violation lettersCompose meeting postcards and special notices for communitiesRespond to voice mails and emails from homeownersAssist HOA Community Managers in preparing for monthly and annual board meetingsSubmit work orders to vendorsWork with outside vendors by obtaining bids for service and scheduling appointmentsPrepare outgoing mail and correspondenceFile documents in scanned docs paperless filing systemOther misc. duties as assigned by managerSkills/ RequirementsThe perfect candidate would possess the following:Effective communication skillsExceptional phone skillsExcellent organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsAbility to handle high volume workloadsMust be able to adapt to constantly changing work dutiesPositive and professional attitudePrevious employment with HOA company and prior experience in TOPS and SmartWebs software is desired but not requiredBilingual is a big plusAdditional Benefits: $1000 signing bonusCompetitive salaries and a supportive work environmentHealth, dental, vision and 401K matchingReimbursement for training or education needed to complete developmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Signing bonusExperience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)HOA Management Company: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
