Job Description : Hello! We’re located in the heart of Belltown and are looking to add to our team of Front Desk Agents. The position requires that you genuinely care about helping our customers, have a desire to work smoothly with all departments on site, and are willing to be flexible with problem-solving.We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guestsPlease remember we are a hotel: we’re around when other folks are taking time off, so weekend and holiday flexibility is always a plus. In return, we aim to schedule two weeks in advance, and try to offer a place that’s flexible with you, too.Competitive pay.
