Job Description : The Woodmansee Group is a Retained Executive Search Firm representing a large national preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals and physicians with over 45 years of industry experience and 170+ locations nationwide. They are seeking an HR Director for their Florida.The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years HR experience in labor relations, generalist, business partner and/or management roles with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in Employee Relations and experience in healthcare is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is required.This position will be located in Florida and reports to two Sr. Directors of HR.The HR Director (HRD) serves as a strategic contributor and consultant to leaders who run profitable growth businesses that have one purpose: to deliver consistently exceptional care for patients and their families. The HRD is responsible for leading and facilitating the effective implementation of human capital initiatives in different departments and levels of the business. They work closely with senior and executive management in developing and applying changes to people management strategies, recruiting plans, compensation planning, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning of employees where necessary. The HRD may also provide coaching and mentoring support where required. They are a trusted advisor who collaborates with senior stakeholders and business partners to ensure that best practices are adopted, projects are delivered timely, and that key deliverables are met within specified timelines. They analyze and report on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and use these findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business’s employee relations.Responsibilities: Work closely with business unit leaders of one or more service lines to proactively improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retentionAnalyze trends using data metrics and analytics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop and implement solutions, programs and policiesExecute & assist in the development in talent strategies that support company growth, engagement, and retentionMaintain an independent perspective and voice within designated teams to proactively support key strategic initiatives and shape the direction of company culture to align with Company’s growth planWorks as an industry leader, leveraging HR expertise in addition to advanced knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation.Qualifications: Expert knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.Demonstrated success serving business clients, and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives.Adept with performance management and investigations.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration strongly preferred.At least 7 years HR and/or OD experience in generalist, business partner and/or management roles with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in organizational effectiveness and leadership development.Bilingual: Spanish requiredPreferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a consultative selling organization.Proven experience serving in both strategic and operational HR roles.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential strongly preferred.Highly effective project management skills with a complete understanding of business process and the ability to integrate multiple resources for integrated solutions.Ability to be successful in the face of adversity by making and executing tough, but necessary, HR decisions for the business.Strong talent assessment skills with the ability to identify leadership potential in candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse teams.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; HRIS software experience strongly preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Human resources: 7 years (Required)Language:Spanish (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
