The position is responsible for the overall incoming flow of merchandise as well as maintaining stock levels for optimal business operation.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess, track, and review inventory with efficiency and high level of accuracy through the Inventory Tracking System (The Edge).Maintain a strict and organized inventory by assuring tagging/labeling is accurate.Uphold accuracy, consistency, and quality of standards through information sources, reference guides, gem identification/grading, weight estimation, pricing, performance metrics and system informationMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Operations and/or administrative experience required with The Edge or other Inventory/POSInventory/supply chain experience in a retail or e-commerce environment preferredHighly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processesExceptional time management skills and accountabilityAbility to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environmentIcebox Benefits: 20+ Paid Days off per year$10.00/week Medical Insurance$1.00/week Dental Insurance$1.00/week Vision Insurance$1.00/week Life Insurance$1.00/week Long-Term Disability100% Match up to 4% on your 401k!$1.00/week Life Insurance$1.00/week Long-Term Disability100% Match up to 4% on your 401k!Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
