Job Description : Position: PC Deployment SpecialistWork Location: Ridgefield Park, NJContract Period: 3/15/2022 – 2/28/2023Qualifications : Must possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skullsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and bull of materialsPC background, including ;Windows Operating Systems, Windows 10A+ CertificationExperience with navigation of PC applications, MS Office Suites including Outlook, Excel, PP, Word and Access Knowledge of other MS Products such as Project, Visio and etc. is beneficial.Knowledge of PC Hardware/Architecture, configuration of BIOS, Motherboard settings, power supply diagnosis and running general diagnostic software programs.Must have a good understanding of backing up and deploying images to various Laptops /Desktops using tools such as SCCM, Acronis, Ghost and etc..Effective communication skillsDetail-OrientedQuality focusedAbility to learn new applications and programsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds requiredMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines when required to do soMac OS support experience is plusRequirements : Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of Help Desk experience, or the equivalentcombination of education and/or experienceKnowledge of Windows 7/10, Office 2013/2016/2019, PC hardware, Remote Support and VPNJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ridgefield Park, NJ 78754: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
