Job Description : IT Service Specialist Opportunity With BloemBloem, a leading manufacturer of decorative planters and accessories in the US, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, team-oriented individual to fill the role of IT Service Specialist in the IT Dept. at our Apopka, FL location. The primary duties of this role will be to provide onsite support to the team in Apopka Florida, an advocate that strives to increase daily efficiency through the adoption of existing technology. Works closely with the I.T. infrastructure team to maintain, configure, and plan for deployed endpoint equipment such as computer, printing, and scanning devices. Assist with barcode label development and resolve systemically monitored processes, particularly EDI integration and other automations.Essential duties and responsibilities include: Respond to end user inquires and technical issues, troubleshooting and fielding problems to other resources as needed. Evaluate individual technology adoption and promote available features that simplify their workload.Maintain I.T. asset records, track endpoint equipment maintenance schedules, coordinate with repair providers and extend assistance on other technology needs, e.g. WorldShip, Ship Manager, PQ Manager, Packsize, security camara software, video display equipment. Plan, recommend, and configure device and licensing purchases.Assist with barcode label development and resolve systemically monitored processes, particularly EDI integration and other automations.Ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 years of experience level 1 support for end users.
