Job Description : We are hiring a qualified Lead Deck Builder. The Lead will be responsible for the complete build of a deck: materials takeoff, employee and subcontract management, job costing, and actual construction of the project. A qualified candidate must:Be reliable and timelyHave great experience in building, framing and finish workObtain a health certificate (physical fitness; no drugs)Possess a clean drivers license (no DUIs)Pass a background check (no felony convictions)Be able to learn building methods developed by our companyWork well in a small team environmentBe committed to quality and take great pride in their workBe able to work year-round outdoors, even in Alaska’s harsh winter monthsBe able to lead a small crew of employeesNew hires will receive a $1,500 signing bonus and may be eligible for temporary housing and moving costs, if necessary (contractual commitment of one year required).Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceProfessional development assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWork Location: Multiple Locations
