As the Training Manager for Marketing, you will be responsible for the analysis, development and facilitation of consistent training materials to support brand standards alongside the needs within the Marketing division at Hilton Grand Vacations. You will foster an environment of outstanding guest service for our owners, guests, and team members and will achieve this through own personal conduct, the training philosophy implemented and the content delivered in training.
Shapes and defines yearly strategic plan for Marketing Training programs for applicable region/sites to exceed the company objectives. Utilizes current performance data in order to create just in time training solutions to site leaders and teams.
Conducts train-the-trainer sessions and ongoing development sessions for on-site training staff and site management. This includes facilitated group sessions as well as one on one coaching sessions.
Partners with the HGV Learning and Development team for the purposes of consistency
Works as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for various desk locations as needed to support the Marketing Management teams and to coach and train marketing team members to drive business results
Facilitates other training programs on an as-needed basis.

To fulfill this role successfully, you will have to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Training
Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment
Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
Experience within a branded Timeshare/Vacation Ownership organization
Ability to speak, read or write Japanese
