We are a new company and looking for the right individuals to be the future leaders of our company. Over the next 5 years we will open an additional 4 clubs in south Pierce County so there is tremendous growth opportunities!A Membership Representative is the first contact a potential member will have with our company. The member makes their first impression of our gym based on the interaction they have with their Membership Representative.We have immediate openings for FULL-TIME Membership Representatives.Both experienced and non-experienced applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience with business to business sales, individual sales, and marketing a plus.This position requires outstanding people skills as well the ability to influence in a positive manner. You will be required to generate leads both internally and externally as well as present our Membership and Personal Training options to achieve performance goals.This is not a stand around and wait sales position. We can help give you the tools and train you on what needs done. With that said we are looking for motivated and proactive individuals if this is you we would love to meet with you!Your compensation and advancement is tied directly to your performance.Our Membership Representatives spend about 20% of their time on the exercise floor helping members, and 80% of their time prospecting and selling.As a Membership Representative you must care about the member and the results that they want to achieve!This job is fun and challenging as well can give you the ability to help people realize and reach their fitness goals which is very rewarding.This is the sales job and career that you can be proud of and feel great about.
