Our employees are inspired by a culture of Loving-Kindness, and we are fully committed to appreciating the array of backgrounds and talents demonstrated by our employees.Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Move-In Coordinator position.The Move-In Coordinator ensures that apartments have been properly prepared for new residents, and that the transition to their new home is as smooth as possible. Acts as liaison for the new resident to assist them through the entire move-in period. Coordinates the completion of the apartment, which includes but is not limited to, assisting the new resident with carpet selection, ordering and arranging installation of carpet and window treatments, coordinating requested upgrades and following up in a timely manner with any questions the new resident may have regarding the apartment’s status.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school education or equivalent2-4 years of business experience preferredMust be able to meet deadlines as requiredExceptional customer service, quick evaluation and decision makingOn the job training will be requiredTo protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a universal COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.Full-time employees are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, dental and vision), health spending account, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) with 4% company match, paid time off (PTO) and holidays, and much more!
