Job Description : Fully remote. Weekend Hours: Friday, 5:00 pm – Monday 9:00 am every other weekend.
Description
Field, communicate, and act on incoming scheduling changes.
Manage incoming employee calls and finding replacement staff to care for our patients. Incoming calls can occur at any time day and night.
Requirements
Knowledge of HHA Exchange helpful
Positive working attitude
Pleasant phone disposition
A sense of calm under pressure
A willingness and ability to accept calls any time during day and night
Able to multi-task
Able to avoid distractions
Good communications skills
Customer service oriented
