This is your chance to get your foot in the door with a growing company.THE ROLE: The Operations Team Member is required to ensure the safe, efficient operation, cleaning of and running adjustments for the cremation machine(s). Responsible for the prescribed high quality of cremation. Other responsibilities include assisting with other operational duties such as packaging and processing pet remains, troubleshooting machine basic performance, making adjustments, and calling for additional resources as required.JOB DUTIES· Maintain daily cremation goalsProduce product with an emphasis on qualityOperate crematory machinery and make running adjustments as required. (Paid training provided on machine operation and on company specific software)· Provide feedback and maintenance requests to improve machine performance· Complete all assigned quality checks· Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and safety and quality improvement· Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances, and regulations· Use all required safety equipment, e.g. Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses /goggles, etc. (will be provided)REQUIREMENTS: · High School diploma, GED or equivalent (preferred, not required)· Highly punctual· Reliable means of transportation· Able to work as a functioning member of a team· Strong work ethic· Ability to work independently in a busy environment· Experience with routine maintenance operations· Strong attention to detailWORK CONDITIONS: · May be required to work in relatively high temperatures, especially during summer months· Physical ability to lift 65 lbs minimum· Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc. (company provided)WE OFFER A FULLY PAID TRAINING PROGRAM: At Lasting Paw Pet Memorial we appreciate the effort and time you are willing to invest in learning your job, and we value your passion to build your career.
