Reap the rewards of success.JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ongoing data entry, edits, maintenance, and analysis of route data, as well as the tracking of the human resources and equipment within software systems to ensure optimal service levels, customer satisfaction, route optimization and profitability. Manage service and execution of routed and scheduled work including crisis management and resolution.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor fleet performance and adherence to external customer and vendor requirements/ agreements.Create, maintain, and validate all proper fleet routings, mileage calculations and alternative driver solutions.Identify and address operational problems within routes and fleet utilization.Communicate effectively with management, customers and vendors to ensure on time performance, quotes, rating and related documentation.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and related processes to ensure data accuracy and accountability throughout all systems.Assist Management with miscellaneous projects, as assigned.Job Requirements: 3+ years of supervisory experience (logistics preferred).Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university with concentration in Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Economics.Proficient in windows based computer software, MS Office – strong MS Outlook, strong MS Excel.
