We are looking for exceptional individuals to lead wildly fun classes for children ages 2 to 8 (and their caregivers) in Los Angeles’s local parks and greenspaces. In Tinkergarten classes, kids develop essential life and learning skills, and grown-ups learn how to support that playful learning at home.“I’ve got a whole new definition of what work can be. I’m outdoors more, I get exercise, get messy and laugh, and my son tags along with me—I can’t believe I get paid to do this!” – Tinkergarten class Leader, NYWhat the role IS: Work with purpose: You want to augment your current work/home schedule with fun, flexible, and meaningful work that rewards you in far more ways than money alone.Teacher: You will administer Tinkergarten’s expert-designed curriculum to young children, using your imagination and enthusiasm to inspire the next generation of explorers.Marketer: You will do outreach in your local community to fill your classes.Mentor: Your families will sign up for your classes, season-after-season, as long as you offer them.What this role IS NOT: A part-time desk job.A temporary assignment.Benefits of being a Tinkergarten class Leader:In-depth training and support: All Tinkergarten Leaders receive immersive online training in play-based learning, child development, and community outreach with ongoing support from our experts.Flexibility: Set your own schedule, outdoor location, and frequency of classes to fit you and your community’s needs.Earn Money: Generate income for every class you teach, and earn more based on the number of classes you lead and the amount of families you serve in your classes.Bring your kids to work!
