Responsibilities
As an Assistant 3, you will act as a lead in the Operators department. Your day-to-day duties will revolve around providing directory assistance to incoming callers, while assessing urgency and handling high priority and/or urgent patient matters.

This position has lead responsibilities. You will assist with hiring and training, maintain our operator online directory/operator database, engage in preventive maintenance (code / alarms), act as the sitting lead or back-up every day (in absence of supervisor), and act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for your supervisor. You may also be assigned special functions and projects as they are assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
Experience in a call center or similar high call volume type environment or in person in a clear, mature, cooperative, informative, and diplomatic manner with staff, physicians, executives, and general public.
Leadership experience and/or skills to train, motivate, distribute and review staff work.
Strong customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills.
Experience in an administrative role.

Special Requirements
This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
