Prompt and dedicated?Do you shine with your professional appearance?Do you have the ability to follow company procedures?Can you work autonomously?Do you have a current driver’s license and transportation?Are you willing and able to work Saturdays (usually either an early or late 6 hour shift, 3 Saturdays per month)?Do you thrive on exceeding expectations?Who are we looking for: We are looking for dedicated employees who are adept at building great relationships (especially with children), who excel at customer service, are proficient with light computer work, and who are passionate about creating a memorable experience for our guests.Our Magical Memory Makers work hand in hand to create a heartwarming and memorable experience for our guests. Duties will include (but are not limited to)welcoming and checking in guests to the studiochoosing wardrobe (provided by studio) for each child’s portrait experienceproviding refreshmentsshowing and explaining artworkcleaning and sanitizing guest areas including restrooms and lobbypreparing goodie bags and writing thank you cardshair and make up pampering for our childrenassisting with props and directing children throughout an imaginative, exciting experience in our camera roomchildcare directly after their session (ages 6 mos – 12 years – usually 3 or fewer children in one hour increments)preparing and stocking all guest areasWhat’s in it for you: a part time position working Wednesday-Saturday (varied hours offered, occasional other days of the week)the joy of serving families each week who come to us for gorgeous portraits and memories that are the treasures of a lifetimethe possibility of having the most fun you’ve ever had at workRequirements and Responsibilities-Must love working with children. (Pre-School and Elementary Education previous experience a plus)-Highly motivated with great communication skills-Provide customer care beyond our clients’ expectations-Professional phone skills-Physically able to stand for up to six hours, squat easily up and down from the floor, assist with lifting and moving various props, and posing (lifting up to 35 lbs.)-Interact with and care for small children (12 and under) while their parents make portrait selections (must submit to a background check)-Computer proficiency preferred (we will teach how to use our programs)-Professional and polished personal presence is essential-Must have reliable transportation.-Must be trustworthy and have solid references.-Willing to work Saturdays and limited Sundays-Must enjoy working in a fun and creative environment-Work hours are 8:15 am – 2:30 pm or 1:30pm – 8:00 pm, usually Wednesday – Saturday. Saturday off one weekend per month.
