Job Description : Candidate should have experience in Production, Plannning and controlling.Monitoring of Orders AgeingMonitoring clearance of moving bottlenecksMonitoring the time delivery as per commitmentMonitor the delays in delivery and ensure to escalate it on timeApprove / Reject OT PlansEnsure there are no bottlenecks in the floorForecasting the following -Possible No WorkIdle TimesOvertimesPlanning for Emergency WorkersEnsure minimum 7 days forecast is in placeAnalyse the present order trend and release orders to Tar Pata based on the same to ensure smooth flow in productionEnsure a Contingency Plan is always readyDaily review of plans and actions to be taken based on deviationsEnsure necessary intimation to HR for manpower resources is done in time, especially during emergency deliveries / Exhibitions / in order to deliver goods in timeResponsible for Skill Matrix for worker skill developmentResponsible for Safety – PPEs (Personal Protective Equipments)2.
