Reliability Analysis Planner 2 supports the Reliability Analysis Laboratory (RAL) with status of work in process (WIP) throughout the lifecycle of the product within the RAL. Moves WIP as needed. Attends weekly meetings to support RAL needs.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the RAL
Working on all programs within the RAL
Releasing product/material to engineers
Maintaining awareness of work priorities
Interfacing with other Work Center Planners, Engineers, Schedulers, Technicians, Managers, Operations Team Supervisors, Quality Assurance Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineers, Technical Writers, Stock Room Personnel, Shipping/Receiving, Program/Supply Chain Planners, etc.
Transporting product/material between RAL and Work Centers
Ensuring hardware gets in and out in expeditious manner
Identifying product (part #, work order, etc.) in relation to shipping product number
Keeping track of and reporting status of 1-5 items daily
Reporting to customer when analysis or testing has been completed and following up to ensure customer pick-up
Filling out the RAL log book and having the customer sign-off, verifying the drop-off
Monitoring log book for accuracy and ensuring product(s) keep moving
Depending on workload, may need to fill-in and/or support other Work Centers
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of recent production control planning and scheduling experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills
Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to react quickly to people and situations in a rapidly changing environment
Follow written and verbal instructions
Must be detail oriented
Have a basic knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, production, procurement, quality basics, and/or engineering flows
US citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical field
Experience working in the Aerospace industry
Proficiency in Windchill a plus
Self-directed, proactive

Salary Range: $29 USD – $35 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
