You will be working as Production Supervisor, reporting to Production Manager, part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Power Division based in Bangalore.
Your responsibilities
Lead capacity planning and resource optimization and area safety performance
Identify deficiencies in production, propose improvements, and oversee the implementation
Classify and recommend technical equipment and facility improvements
Work with HR Management to ensure that it is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Guide, motivate, and develop less experienced team members to reach their potential
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8 to 10 Years of experience in similar role.
Prior experience from Switchgear industry.
Strong experience in Production Planning and supervising.
