Position : Production Team Member ***Pay Rate $17.00 Per Hour***
Job Description : AS A PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER, YOU WILL:
Work in a manufacturing environment with growth opportunities.
Be an essential employee supporting production for Copeland Brand Compressors, condensing units and component parts by hand and in conjunction with automated equipment.
Understand and meet standards for acceptable part and product quality.
Be responsible for various functions for the assembly line and must be capable of doing any job on the line, interchangeably on a regular basis.

Mandatory overtime could consist of 9 hours per day and Saturdays. Sunday’s, if needed, are voluntary.
Ability to work any shift – Potential for heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
