Job Description : We are seeking to hire a full-time Project Director in our Hayward, CA branch to estimate projects and support marketing activities to new and existing clients. Relocation assistance is available.A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTORAs a Project Director, you estimate for mitigation and construction-related projects using Xactimate and other professional estimating software. Your solid understanding of the true costs of construction and restorations services increases the accuracy of margins/line items within Xactimate. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is how you are able to foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, industry related associations, and other potential business sources.QUALIFICATIONSProficient in commercial claimsProficient in Xactimate or other loss estimating softwareARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR RESTORATION TEAM?About the CompanyWe are a national emergency response restoration and general contractor specializing in the return of compromised property to their pre-loss condition.
