We’re a small team of casual people who love aviation, outdoor activities and mostly Alaska!In the customer service specialist position you will:Be responsible for providing professional and cheerful service to all customers.Greet visitors in our retail showroom to find the perfect match for their outdoor adventuresCreate an impressive customer experience by matching customers with quality productsLearn all of the merchandise to present the best suited products for the customer*Assist guest with all purchasing questions, point of sale transactionsAnswer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone calls providing general and detailed explanations/information in clear, easy to understand language to customers.
