Compensation:
$60,000 – $150,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close agreements and conduct seller consultations
Help sellers properly price their homes
Effectively negotiate contracts for sellers
Build an amazing, life-changing career instead of just working at a day-to-day job
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers and leads
Control your income by your actions and results
Provide marketing data to buyers coming from referral networks
Demonstrate CMA results, including comparables, sold, current listings, and expires
Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc)

Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to get your Alaska Real Estate License ASAP (We can help you with this)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Comfortable meeting and interacting with new people
Professional in appearance and attitude
Passion for helping people
Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Self-motivated, self-managed, creative, assertive and accountable
Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license (We can help you get one)
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
