Job Description : Summary: The Recruiter l is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for entry-level, mid-level, and administrative positions throughout the company. This position requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of the different positions within the company, a strong understanding of the company’s college recruiting functions, and a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure. The ideal candidate must be a team player, highly detail oriented, well organized, have a strong sense of prioritization, and focus on compliance and consistency in work product.Responsibilities: Perform the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process for positions across the organization with the assistance of the Recruiting Manager.Create and manage candidate pipelines for high-volume positions across the organization in order to maintain a “time-to-fill” requirement.Maintain and build relationships with local colleges and universities.Attend college recruiting events and job fairs at local colleges and universities.Maintain active presence on social media platforms.Answers questions concerning facilities, benefits, policies, and procedures with assistance from the Recruiting Manager.Other duties as assigned by the management team.Qualifications/Skills: A minimum of 1-year of experience in a similar recruiting role with generalist background.High-volume and college recruiting experience (College recruiting preferred).Must be personable, reliable, and outgoing.Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both internal/external sources at all different levels.Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite required.Excellent organizational skills.Experience working in a fast-paced environment including direct telephone contact required.Must be a team player, but also can work independently.Educational Requirements: · A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area is preferred or equivalent experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible schedulePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payApplication Question(s):How many years of college recruiting do you have?What is your desired salary?Experience:high volume recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
