Job Description : We are currently looking for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to manage all the recruiting needs of the company. The main responsibilities of this position include:Screen resumes for suitability for open positionsContact potential candidates to schedule interviewsUpdating spreadsheets for applicant trackingCompleting applicant filesAnswering office phonesOther administrative duties as assignedThis position is full-time with a work schedule of Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Candidates must be available to work remotely outside of normal business hours including weekends when needed.This is a salaried position. Starting pay can increase based on successful performance and tenure with the company.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.Successful candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Recruiting field.
