You will partner with the Residential Aide Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.Benefits: 18 days PTO401k with company matchCompany-sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities.Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance.Responsibilities: Check in with the manager for the resident report and receive any added assignment.Supervise resident AM/PM care.Supervise patient medication, document all incoming medications, and coordinate with nurse and psychiatrist/physician regarding medication compliance.Maintain residents’ schedules for your shift.Observe and assure adherence to house rules.Monitor all chores and work projects.Run didactic groups and assist residents with recreational activities that promote comfort, security, and recovery.RequirementsValid driver’s licenseHS Diploma / GEDAssociates degree preferredCPR / First AidCOVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption statusJoin our team.
