Position : SCCM Administrator
Job Description : Robert Half is searching for a SCCM Administrator for an Aerospace client located in Everett, Washington. The primary responsibility of this SCCM Administrator is to implement SCCM into the client’s environment along with other desktop support related duties. This would be a short-term contract opportunity that would be 50% onsite and 50% remote.
How you will make an impact
Implement SCCM into the environment
Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions
Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Previous experience deploying SCCM into an environment, starting from scratch
Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Active Directory experience, particularly with LDAP and SSO
Strong knowledge of Azure AD synch and maintenance
3+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Familiarity with Intune is a nice to have
