Here at Oahu Country Club, we are currently looking for experienced Full-Time/Part-Time and Casual/On-Call Servers and if you have the skills, come join our team.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience upon arrival through service to any member or guest who enters the Oahu Country Club. This is a “hands-on” position requiring significant time on the floor interfacing with club members and the associate team. It is a high guest contact position and requires a person with a warm and outgoing personality, with the ability in multitasking.
A high level of knowledge in foodservice, food products, and beverage/alcohol products is required, as well as computer and host duties, i.e. greeting, reservation documentation, menu processes, etc.
This position is part of the food & beverage service team and is required to create an unforgettable dining experience for members and their guests, greeting the guests with a smile, notate accurately their reservations, accurate order taking, repeating orders, delivery of orders to the proper person at the table, avoid auctioning of food/beverage order, prep food expo counter, set up, breakdown, clean as you go for a spotless dining area, and when necessary bus tables, expedite food, running food to the tables, performing periodic restroom checks, double as a banquet server and perform all that is necessary to ensure the Club is meeting the needs and expectations of all who use our facilities.
Must be able to multi-task and communicate well with supervisors, bar, kitchen, and service team.
