Job Description : Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. has an opening for a full time Site Manager based out of our Athens, behavioral health location until the Appalachian Family Life Center opens located in The Plains, Ohio.JOB SUMMARYSite Manager, Full time: 40 hours per week. The Site Manager for any Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. clinical site is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of his/her office. The Site Manager is responsible for assuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing and accrediting bodies, and Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. policies and procedures within the office. The Site Manager is also responsible for working with the Chief Operations Officer or his/her designee to insure financial stability at the site.QUALIFICATIONS· B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience· Previous supervisory administrative experience is preferred· Above average written and oral communication skills· Must be able to travel to all HHC officesJOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares and coordinates clinical staff schedule on a monthly basis.Assures adequate staffing, supervision, and evaluation of all non-provider site staff with appropriate input from HHC Administration, Chief Medical Officer and Provider(s). Providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) are staffed, supervised and evaluated by the Chief Medical Officer.Recommend and approves all time out according to HHC policy and procedure, assuring clinical coverage during HHC hours of operation.Acts as the office leader in promoting problem solving for day-to-day issues in accordance with HHC policies and procedures.Assures the execution of the PHS-330 Health Plan, quality Improvement activities, and HHC policies and procedures.Organizes agenda and minutes for monthly office staff meetings.Acts as “direct supervisor” for all employees in the office. In regards to hiring, the Site Manager will interview candidates in conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer for hiring office staff.Site Manager will handle disciplinary action with employees in conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer.In collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer determines if the office must be closed due to inclement weather or a natural disaster.Supervises the safe operation, maintenance, and compliance requirements for equipment at the office.Maintains building maintenance and upkeep. Coordinates with Chief Operations Officer as needed, to arrange for repairs and upgrades.Responds promptly to all patient grievances and reports these to the Chief Operations Officer.The Site Manager, or his/her designee, will be responsible for case management duties including: assessment, management, referral of patients to meet their comprehensive social needs, and implementation of patient assistance programAssists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical quality improvement program as directed by the Chief Medical Officer.Assures office has adequate medical supplies and recommends authorization for purchases of medical supplies and equipment, not to exceed $500 without permission from the Chief Operations Officer.Site Manager will coordinate with the Chief Operations Officer to assure adequate orientation and training of new employees during an introductory period and beyond.Site Manager will facilitate communication and coordination of patient flow in all areas of clinical care.Participate in PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home) related quality improvement initiatives at the clinic and/or administrative level.Participate in the Quality assurance Program. May be asked to serve on subcommittees as needed. Will take part in all provided education trainings and provide feedback accordingly.Site Manager will fill in any needed positions to his/her level of competency.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES· Directs supervision of all non-provider office staff at the site, assuring appropriate operations and clinical input on the evaluation of all staff.Excellent benefits including paid vacation and sick leave, holidays, 401 k retirement plan, and more.
